Agreement Terms

Thank you for choosing My Mental Space to support you on your journey to finding a real connection. Please review the terms below before submitting your application and fee. ⸻

1. Purpose of the Agreement: This agreement outlines the understanding between the client (“you”) and My Mental Space (“we/us”) regarding the nature of our matchmaking services. ⸻

2. Application Fee & Services Provided • You agree to pay a non-refundable application fee of $35. • This fee covers the review of your application, profile evaluation, and consideration for inclusion in our matchmaking pool. • It does not guarantee that you will be matched with another individual. ⸻

3. Matchmaking Process & Expectations • All matches are curated based on compatibility, personal values, and relationship goals. • We commit to thoughtfully reviewing your profile and matching you with the highest integrity. • However, we do not guarantee a match or a successful relationship outcome. • The time it takes to find a match (if any) may vary or may not occur at all. ⸻

4. No Refund Policy • The application fee is used to cover the time, resources, and effort dedicated to reviewing your application. • As such, it is non-refundable, regardless of whether a match is provided. ⸻

5. Client Conduct By participating in our matchmaking services, you agree to: • Be honest and accurate in your application and communications. • Treat potential matches with respect and integrity. • Understand that compatibility and chemistry are subjective and not within our control. ⸻

6. Termination: We reserve the right to remove any client from our pool if we feel our values are not aligned or if the client engages in harmful or disrespectful behavior. ⸻

7. Confidentiality: All client information is kept confidential and is shared only with potential matches at our discretion. ⸻ Acknowledgment & Agreement By submitting your application and fee, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this agreement and agree to the terms outlined above.
